Last month, I had the pleasure of photographing a branding session for Joyfull. This brand-new dog treat company just launched this week. Founder Kate invited me to her home to help bring her vision to life—and let me tell you, this shoot was equal parts heart, hustle, and happy pups.

We were joined by two fabulous dog models, Juno and Duke, who wasted no time sampling the goods. Joyfull Treats are made with just six wholesome ingredients (real cage-free chicken is first!). And they got two paws up from our taste-testers.
The Prebiotic Chicken Squeeze Treat was created especially for picky pups who typically snub fruits and veggies. These dogs think they’re getting an indulgent treat… but behind the scenes, it’s also giving their microbiome a little boost.
To make the most of our time, Kate planned three outfit changes throughout the shoot. This added a ton of variety to her final gallery. We ended up creating a versatile collection of 50 custom images—including product photos, headshots, and lifestyle images. These were all tailored for her new website and social media.

Launching a brand is a big deal, and getting to support a passionate entrepreneur like Kate was such a joy. You can check out her new website (joyfullpet.com) and see more photos from our session below.
If you or someone you know has a dog-centered business and wants fresh, custom imagery that speaks to their brand (and their audience), I’d love to help. From product launches to rebrands, I’m here to make you and your dog-loving customers feel seen—and excited to click “buy.”
